ClassesClimbing Classes
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to climb the walls for real?
Our indoor climbing walls are challenges for beginners and intermediate students alike.
Our climbing coaches will lead you safely through our multiple courses and provide a basic skill foundation for all climbers.
We offer field trips to other facilities throughout the year. A great way to test your skills and join in on the fun! Gymnastics Classes
Boys and girls classes are taught from the beginning level to the team level. Our certified coaches provide instruction based on standardized USAG guidelines. A variety of times are available for classes including Saturdays.
For those that advance to the team level, there is an option to compete in competitions in northern California and on a regional and national level.

Gymfitness
Challenge yourself with strength training, flexibility routines, and aerobic conditioning with our Gymfitness classes for boys and girls.
We utilize all of the gymnastics equipment and the climbing wall to have classes where getting fit is fun!
This is a great supplement to keep you in shape for all of your favorite sports, and no gymnastics experience or level of fitness is required!
Plyometrics/Jump and Agility Training Goals: To improve your vertical jump and gain explosive power, improve your athletic performance and muscle balance, lower your risk for serious knee injuries, and improve your agility.
Targets: Designed primarily for basketball, volleyball, softball, tennis, and soccer players of all ages. Teams may enroll and take a class together, or participate as individuals.
Course is taught in association with A+A Physical Therapy Knee Injury Prevention Program (KIPP). Emphasis is on important mechanics and muscle balance for jump and land in athletic performance for prevention of ACL injuries.
Program: Three 4 week sessions; 1hr class (1x week) $15- for registration and insurance, printed materials $40 per session Preschool Classes From tumbling to trampoline to climbing on the ropes and mats, you can start your preschool-age child off right!
Both structured and non-structured activities lead by our quality staff can help sharpen your child 's motor skills, balance, and flexibility.
A good introduction to class structure for children not already in a preschool setting. This is a safe environment to test those athletic skills and burn off some of that extra energy!
Parent participation is required in the youngest age group only.
Special Needs Fitness Classes
We have a sensory-motor-fitness program that serves children of all ages with minimal to severe challenges including:
Developmental delays Attention deficit Visual/Auditory/Speech delays Autism Cerebral Palsy Social Difficulties Emotional/Behavioral problems Hypo-Hyper activity Coordination problems
The program is designed to provide the opportunity for children with special needs to participate in a movement program that may serve as an affordable alternative to needed therapies and a recreational physical activity... A program for everyone!
45 min class- 1x/week $40 / 4 classes Yearly Registration/Insurance fee of $35 Trampoline Classes
This class is a full of flipping and flying through the air while being supervised by our trampoline instructor.
No prior gymnastics experience is needed! Basic to advanced skills can be learned depending on your ambition! These skills can be used to enhance your snow and skate boarding maneuvers. Learn good form to help prevent injuries and work on getting more “air” out of your jumps!
